Getting started
How we work together will completely depend on where you are in your pregnancy and your unique needs. This can include pregnancy yoga, birth prep, meal prep or we can use the time to talk about any concerns hat you have as they come up.
Ideally, we would meet at least once a month during pregnancy (a minimum of least three times before your expectant due date). One of our sessions will include a detailed conversation about your birthing preferences. I will be available to you via WhatsApp throughout.
During labour and birth
I will be on-call for ten days either side of your due date. I can be available as early on in your labour depending on your preference. Should your labour go past the ten day window we will make arrangements at that time, I will always do my best to continue to be on call until you have given birth.
During postpartum
I will visit within the first three days postpartum and after one month. Additional postpartum support can be arranged, this would include a series of postpartum healing practises such as foot soaks, nourishing meals, abdominal massage.

Because of these unfortunate statistic we centre women of the global majority. If you identify as such or are experiencing financial hardship and could benefit from doula support we may be able to offer free support.
