Strengthening and stretching to ease the body
Breathing techniques to calm the mind
10 minute savasana (deep relaxation) at the end of each session.
Max. 8 participants per class
Mats and all equipment are provided.
We have two FREE spaces for anyone low income or seeking sanctuary, please email info@wombcic.co.uk to reserve your mat.
The course is £60 for 6 x 70minute classes, that’s just £10 per class!
